“Excellent room for family of six. Outside of town. Quiet. Had great breakfast. Tons of room in unit. Bathroom was super small. Hard to get dressed in bathroom. Kitchen had everything you needed to make ur own food minus an oven. ”

“It was a great experience, the place is awesome, the only complaint I have is the bed was a little to firm for us, but the overall experience was great, awesome views and the place had a lot of amenities, we will be back”

“The Hillside Inn was a great property on the edge of town. The beds were comfy, memory, foam style beds, a decent size refrigerator, a separate freezer section, and the staff is friendly. Friendly. The breakfast provides cereals, muffins and fruit. Although the property is not located in the heart of downtown Pagosa springs, it actually is more accessible to a lot of outdoor adventures that you would like to do!”

“Nice property with a bat and restaurant on site. Short walk to shops, restaurants, hot springs and river float trips. The only complaint is the street work being done, and is expected to take two years to complete.”

“The location has awesome views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was excellent every morning. The hosts are full of local knowledge. We were in the annex, and I enjoyed cooking on a professional stove. I cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back.”

“The front desk associate- I believe her name is Nala, was very welcoming and kind. She was working late and helped us get checked in. Our room was comfy and clean. I loved waking up to the lake view on the balcony. The hotel was quiet and housekeeping was attentive. When I had an issue with my credit card & a fraud alert, the manager was so patient & knew how to resolve issue. I would return on our next visit. ”

“I had the BEST time on my trip to Pagosa Springs! This location was absolutely amazing! When I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and wonderful - there were multiple staff members checking people in, so I didn’t have to wait at all. At the Welcome Center, they were also hosting a welcome “happy hour” which was so nice after a long day of driving! This location is beautifully maintained and my unit was newly renovated and very clean. I had everything I needed - a full kitchen with ALL...

“As a frequent traveller between Minnesota and Arizona, my wife and I have struggled to find 5-star level accommodation along the way. Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable. This is truly a great American luxury destination spot.”
